  • Training data: journal entries, daily tasks, lesson progress, cert attempts.
  • Check-in videos: uploaded clips and notes for trainer review.
  • Usage data: pages visited, errors, basic analytics.

2. How We Use It

  • To deliver the Service (courses, exams, AI coach, trainer review).
  • To personalize the AI Coach with your context (dog, journal, recent tasks).
  • To send transactional emails (account, certification, replies).
  • To improve content quality (aggregated, de-identified).

3. AI Processing

The AI Coach sends your messages plus the context above to a third-party AI provider (Lovable AI Gateway / Google Gemini) for generation. We do not allow the provider to use your data to train their models.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with: (a) hosting and infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare); (b) AI providers (above); (c) staff trainers reviewing your check-ins. We may disclose if required by law.

5. Storage & Retention

Data is stored on infrastructure located in [REGION]. We retain account data while your account is active, plus a reasonable archive period after deletion.

6. Your Rights
