4. Acceptable Use
You may not (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute course content; (b) share login credentials; (c) upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates the rights of others; (d) misrepresent certification credentials issued by the Service.
5. Certification Codes
Certifications issued by the Service ("ZRX Codes") signify completion of an exam at the stated level. They are not a regulated professional license and do not authorize practices outside the scope of the methodology taught.
6. AI Coach Disclaimer
The AI Coach generates guidance based on training methodology and your inputs. It is not a substitute for a hands-on session with a certified trainer or a veterinary behaviorist. Use your own judgment with your dog at all times.
7. Intellectual Property
All course videos, written material, signal library, and software are owned by Company or its licensors. License to use is personal, non-transferable, and revocable for cause.
8. User Submissions
By uploading check-in videos, journal entries, or other material, you grant Company a limited license to store, transmit, and display the material to staff trainers solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY SPECIFIC TRAINING OUTCOME.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Company in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
